Each episode features an interview with an expert in the field who applies the aspects normally only considered for traditional athletes to dancers or a dancer who incorporates nutrition and workouts in their training schedule. The podcast is hosted by Slim B, based in Belgium and member of Kobo Power. Slim B has been dancing for more than 10 years and is always eager to learn new ways to improve.
